If you miss a flight due to being late, not having necessary documents or other reasons that are not the fault of the airline, it can be more difficult to secure a new flight. For this reason, arrive at the airport at LEAST two and a half hours early. Add an extra hour or two during bad weather, holidays or other popular travel times.
If your flight is delayed or canceled, you must speak directly with an airline representative at the airport. Be persistent! Let them know you need to get to tour as soon as possible.
Once the airline books you on a new flight, you can call us at 800.766.2645 to let us know, or contact your Tour Director to receive further instructions for your arrival.
