What if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment or your payment method is declined and you haven’t requested to skip, a non-refundable $35 service charge will be applied to your account.

EF reserves the right to withdraw travelers from the plan for returns or declines in two consecutive payments. Should the final payment be returned or declined, travelers will automatically be withdrawn from the plan. If payments are not maintained, the traveler may be withdrawn from the trip and subject to standard cancellation policy.
