If you do need to cancel, here’s a summary of the cancellation fees you can expect:

You have 48 hours after booking your trip to cancel for a full refund. After 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable, and the following standard cancellation fees apply. Once your cancellation is processed, you will be refunded for monies paid minus the cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees.

Note: If you book 30 days or less prior to scheduled departure for your trip, you are required to pay in full at the time of booking and the 48 hour risk-free period does not apply. Read more about our Cancellation Policy in our Booking Conditions.
